The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved revisions to three required Medicare beneficiary notices. CMS has added revised standardized nondiscrimination language on these forms and notices; other information on the notices remains the same. Providers must use the new versions of the notices no later than April 27, 2023
