The U.S. Supreme Court has blocked the COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandate for large employers but has allowed the vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities receiving federal money to stand.

Announced in November 2021, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required employers with 100 or more employees to ensure each of their workers is fully vaccinated or tests for COVID-19 on at least a weekly basis. The OSHA rule also required that
