The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently updated their 1998 Guidelines for Infection Control and Prevention in Healthcare Settings.  Included in the update are recommendations for healthcare organization leaders and administrators and occupational health services (OHS) leaders and staff regarding medical evaluations for health care personnel.
