OSHA Reopens Comment Period for Emergency Temporary Standard Final Rule

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is partially reopening the comment period to allow for additional public comment on specific topics and is also scheduling an informal public hearing on its interim final rule establishing an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), “Occupational Exposure to COVID-19.”

OSHA is seeking input on the following potential provisions that would depart from the provisions of the initial ETS final rule with comment period:
