According to a new U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Vital Signs report, Health Disparities in Hemodialysis-Associated Staphylococcus aureus Bloodstream Infections — United States, 2017–2020, racial and ethnic minorities are disproportionately affected by end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).
