The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued calendar year (CY) 2024 Home Health Prospective Payment System proposed rule. This rule proposes a permanent, prospective adjustment to the CY 2024 home health payment rate to account for the impact of the implementation of the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM).
In addition to the proposed payment adjustments, CMS is also proposing the adoption of two new quality measures:
